Delivery of Goods
Delivery:
- Orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
- Sometimes delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be positively reached out by email and SMS by us.
- Delivery will be attempted once to the recipient’s address. In case the party fails to take delivery of the product after tendering the shipment for delivery, the party shall have to contact us first at customercare@periwinklefashion.in and then visit the respective courier service provider used by us to deliver the product.
Shipping Charges:
Periwinkle Fashion provides free shipping for orders above Rs. 1000. There will be a shipping charge for orders below that amount as mentioned below:

Cancellations:
- We shall not be able to cancel an order once it is placed.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances, owing to production or quality reasons, if we are unable to deliver the items ordered, we will inform the same to you by email and refund the payment.
