To reduce wastage, our products are all made-to-order & hence takes about 7-8 days for dispatch.

Returns and Exchanges


Return Policy:

  • You can return your order within 15 days after an order has been delivered.
  • Only products with manufacturing defects can be returned which has to be approved by Periwinkle Fashion team.
  • Products must be in returned in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Periwinkle Fashion shall not entertain claims for damage, shortages etc after delivery has been accepted by the party. Only manufacturing defects shall be entertained.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect with the product, you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by the Periwinkle team. The refund amount will be credited back.
  • If reverse pickup is unsuccessful after two attempts or more than two weeks after the pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be canceled. If the product is self-shipped and has not been dispatched from the customer after two weeks of informing us, refund request will be canceled.
  • Periwinkle Fashion shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the shipment if it is caused due to an act of God, shipper fault or any cause beyond the control of Periwinkle Fashion such as political and other disturbances, strikes, riots, an accident of the vehicle carrying the goods, bandh etc.

Exchange Policy :

  • We have an Exchange Policy only for the size of the apparels.
  • All exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer.
  • You can exchange the apparel for another size provided the required size is in stock with us. Also, the exchangeable apparels must be unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, in their original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions and in reusable condition.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Exchange policy.
  • Refunds will only be provided only if we are unable to provide a replacement/exchange of the product or if the product is damaged or defective.
  • In exchange for the product, we shall provide a reverse pickup from the customer. If reverse pickup is unsuccessful after two attempts or more than two weeks after the pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be canceled. If the product is self-shipped and has not been dispatched from the customer after two weeks of informing us, refund request will be canceled.

 

 

Note :

  • If your pin code is not covered by our pickup services, you would need to self-ship to return/exchange the item/s.
  • Refunds are subject to your returns being inspected upon receipt at our end.
  • In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt and email us the tracking info at customercare@periwinklefashion.in so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self-shipped.
  • A maximum of Rs. 100 will be refunded to you for self-shipments. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above.
